Where people work together, conflict is inevitable. In Belgian companies, employees spend an average of 1,2 hours per week dealing with conflict.
Some disputes are resolved quickly, while others linger: hurting atmosphere, well-being, and productivity.

But conflict can also be an opportunity.

This MashUp explores how conflicts arise, their impact on people and organizations, and how we typically respond. We’ll look at how conflict can be transformed into growth through dialogue, mediation, and restorative practices.

Research shows these approaches work: they prevent escalation, repair relationships, and turn friction into insight that strengthens teams and organizations. And their impact goes beyond the workplace: improving personal, family, and community life.

You can also share your experiences with conflicts and possible solutions which helped resolve them (or not).
